In this workshop, students will learn how to tell stories in Spanish! We invite students to join us and improve their reading and writing skills, while learning about Latin American culture! The workshop is organized by graduate students, has informal settings and is designed to learn and create stories while having a nice time and sharing some food! The topic of our first session is the journey: What journey brought you to Rutgers? What journey defined your family? Did a journey shape who you are?

You will have the possibility to publish your story in the Spanish Department magazine Yzur and use your story to participate in a Creative Writing Award!
