  • Bio: Alex is a TA and Ph.D student in the Bilingualism and SLA program. Alex is from western Michigan, he got his master's in Spanish translation and interpreting from Kent State University, and his bachelor's in Spanish and Japanese studies from Carthage College. He's interested in bilingual language immersion, particularly in children, and morphosyntactic processing and transfer. He's currently teaching Spanish 131, and next semester he'll be teaching 132, so if you're an intermediate-level learner and want a really cool instructor, sign up for his class!
