- Bio: Yhosep Barba is a Ph.D. student in Spanish/ Bilingualism and Second Language Acquisition at Rutgers University. He received his B.A. in Modern Languages and his M.A. in Applied Linguistics of Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. Before his role at Rutgers, Yhosep had worked for more than five years in the educational sector. His teaching experience includes lectures at universities and teaching at public and private schools with international curricula.
- Research Interests: Applied Linguistics, Language Attitudes, Sociolinguistic Variations, Language and Gender Studies.
