Instituto Camões
The Camões Institute, founded in 1924 by the Portuguese government, is a public institution with administrative and financial autonomy and a global mission to promote and support the study of the Portuguese language and Portuguese-language cultures worldwide. They are present in over 40 nations around the world with many different initiatives.
FLAD
The Luso-American Development Fund (Fundação Luso-Americana do Desenvolvimento) promotes the development of Portugal, and Portuguese and the Portuguese-descendant communities, through a close cooperation with the United States of America, serving as a bridge between the two countries, focusing on Science, Education, Culture and Transatlantic Relations.
