Ezequiel Durand-López is currently Assistant Professor of Hispanic Linguistics and Affiliate Faculty in Psychology at College of Charleston. His research agenda looks at two sides of the same coin: (a) how cognitive functions facilitate bilingual processing, and how bilingualism improves cognitive functions. Also, he is interested in developing cognitive (e.g., working memory training, transcranial direct-current stimulation) and linguistic (e.g., lexical frequency enhancement) training programs to facilitate second language processing of Spanish morphosyntax.
