Carolina Sánchez works on environmental humanities in contemporary Latin America, focusing particularly on the representations of spaces and belonging in visual and literary narratives. She is the co-editor of Plataforma Latinoamericana de Humanidades Ambientales and the author of the poetry book Viaje /Voyage. She is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Stone Center for Latin American Studies at Tulane University.
